We have full time, dedicated employees, people who actually do service all product lines in the field, at the point of sale. Their knowledge is vast, but more importantly, they have the skill and spirit of customer service, offering the following programs to enhance the marketing concept of your company:

  • Product installation ability, giving mechanical direction in the form of training sessions for customers and employees.
  • Focusing on selling points/features and tips to promote.
  • Experts at changeovers, positioning of product.
  • We can assist with planogram set-up, reboxing, and relabeling.
  • Introduction of new products, promotions, and new Store Openings, and category management.
  • We process orders and do the follow-up to ensure prompt delivery of the merchandise ordered.
  • Our people are in the field and in our offices, working as a team to ensure a partnership between our customers and vendors.
  • We will cover all territories, adhering to your company's policy and procedures, and business practices.
  • Attend local trade shows and major industry events, as requested.
  • Conduct market surveys, and assist with contests, signage, and displays.
  • Educate sales personnel with the knowledge of guarantees, warranties, and product return procedures, which reflect in the consumer receiving the most in benefits by purchasing our products and being educated at point of sale.
Servicing O'Reilly Stores
  • With the expertise of an excellent team , our Springfield Office excels under the guidance and direction of Larry Pryor, coordinating line review updates with O'Reilly Product Managers, and their Merchandising Team, on current and new Item Product.
  • Synchronize installer, retail groups, and vendors for participation in product placement for monthly, quarterly, and annual publications, including O'Reilly ads, and promotions.
  • Vendor Product Representation, Presentation, and Education at O'Reilly's Annual Manager's Conference for 2,000 Managers, District Manager's, and TSM's.
  • Facilitator and coordinator between Vendors, O'Reilly headquarters, stores, jobbers in initiating SKU information; quotes; returns; agreements; accounting reconciliation; warranty issues; and tracking shipments.
  • Product Placement Service for New Store Set-up and relocations.
  • Manage the product changeover and paperwork to complete O'Reilly competitive store acquisitions.
  • Establish mutually beneficial systems and procedures for warranty and core returns, and repackaging products for O'Reilly, with guideline, and direction from Vendors.
